Verbal abuse in game and in rgc public chat

I have been abused a lot by a player named Rohan [[- -]] Das
I have a attached a screenshot of the chat he sent in public. It was sent right after the game. He abused me whole game using all the coarse hindi words which i cannot mention here. Then later he sent that in public chat. But I did not reply since I didn't want any arguments.
