Big RGC crash problem

Hi.
Every day I got the same annoying problem,I try to conenct to RGC as always,30 sec after i try to connect it doesn't show anything,It shows only (Europe)public,And then i get the massage Your connection to the chatserver has been lost.
The automatic reconnect has been disabled in 4.1. Please restart your RGC if you wish to reconnect.
Does anyone got a solution for this problem?It just happend every day over and over again.
I re-installed RGC like 5 times and it still not helping.
Please help me asap.

I asked Rogers and he told me we get dc because the distance between Israel and France(the servers/bots are from France)thats why we get dc every 5 min

Is there a way to fix it?
I dl-ed it from the link tha x_T_c gave me,Still got the problem.
I dunno what to do.
