Hello,

Well iv'e been playing occasionally in the Euro Pub room for a while. I try not to play too much DotA at home because my laptop sometimes hangs during the games which really affects the overall performance. This along with some bad luck with teams lead to 6 losses and 4 wins. I currently have 1441 points.

My question is, is there anyway to reset these points back to the original 1550 (im not sure what the original number was but it was near this much). The problem is, im getting kicked from rooms because people just assume that i am a noob so they don't want me in there team. It is getting really frustrating. I'd rather be playing in the Asian Public rooms but i get like 800+ ping there.

So is there anyway to reset my points or do i have to create another account, which i don't think i will.

also i would like to suggest to remove the point system from public rooms.. i mean its not a league and it is really unfair when i get kicked out of the room because im being judged by my score. I mean its a pub room, anyone should be able to play. If i get kicked from pub rooms and am not pro enough to be vouched in DGL, then where do i go from there? We all come here to play don't we.

It would be unfair to the people who have worked hard to get a very high score so what you can do is either remove negative scoring in Public rooms, or you can introduce a leveling system like in garena which gives you xp points based on the number of games you gave played and how successful you were in them. Negative scoring in Public games makes it no different than a league, and for some players, may it be bad luck or bad game sense, can ruin the whole room for them

Please take my suggestions into consideration. I really believe that there is a huge fault in the system. Thank you for your time

I support this as I was always playing inhouse games with my friends and there were like 2 games that i have to leave because of something important. They were okay about that but it seems like my points have got deducted. I also DC sometimes.

I think, just remove it from public rooms.

The only way for now to reset your stats is , to use Stats reset from RGC Shop, you can saw more informations in here (http://shop.rankedgaming.com/shop/).

It might be a possible option to earn points later on (perhaps via some tournaments or local leagues, etc.), but for now, your best option is to create a new account.

Default starting rating is 1500.

6 Losses and 4 Wins and your points are 1441?
Sorry, but your story doesn't add up, unless you're a leaver. In a normal non-leaver scenario, 6 Losses and 4 Wins would net you a rating of 1502. (I believe DC's don't actually count as a loss?, but still costs you 10 points.)

I am not a leaver. The net here at pakistan isn't that good which results in disconnections. If getting disconnected means that i will get negative points then that is just stupid. here are my stats http://stats.rankedgaming.com/stats/channel.php?c=19&name=69627A7A692D.. you can see for yourself how many times our imba net makes us disconnect. But getting negative points on that is something i don't understand.
