The hero image on the banner looks like being chopped with the jack-hammer.

Kind of fail :|. Now this is a proper dota generated signature/bar http://www.cafeneauapariorilor.ro/wp-content/plugins/vote-it-up/downarrow.png

PS: If you can somehow fade the hero image to blend in with the bg, would improve a lot the visuals.

Kindly, please try a good browser since your ISP lacks fast cache system.
I'd recommend Google Chrome.

Internet explorer is the worst browser by far, no wonder you couldn't do it there. I mean how many times should a person point out to you that Internet explorer is the far most useless and not "user-friendly" browser of all times? The worst thing is that it is also slow. Anyways sorry but i just had to make this parenthesis.
