Unban request on RGC.

My username is: 日穿女优, account: yong.li.enac I was banned on RGC for being a leaver. Actually, it was the jamed Internet traffic.I did't meant to hurt anybody because I hate the leavers. For the future , I will play dota only when my Internet is good enough and ping is below 100ms, If the ping is above 100ms, I will not play dota anymore.

my rgc account is kelen* please unban me because of my ping too high my game crashed sometimes that explains my 21 percent dc in eu pub but sometimes i got good ping. i don't wanna hurt anyones feeling really please
