Is this really necessary?

I've played thousands of games on another server, I do not enjoy EU Public as there are WAY too many baddies, everyone was bad at one stage, but I like to move on, playing another several games is a real waste of time at this point.

You can only do so much as one player, after that a team is crucial.

I'm not sure if maybe the requirements have changed, or the rules are a little flexible at the moment, but I would love to become a part of Dota Rank Community.
