    I Am active in this channel , and I'm Requesting for Team captain and I won't Abuse this rank , I will only swap 1 mate with me , not more than 1 mate/friend , I won't start/start force , I won't kick signed players/kick players that i hate ,also do not change the latency ingame

    At 1st you need to be active at (EU) Tier 1. Try to call your frnds and show your interest to play in that channel then we can give you the TC rank.
