    I have a question. What a resto shaman need in item spirit or haste power?

    Man you need as much spirit you can get in cataclysm..You will see big diffrence... Have fun healling tanks with 200k life and you with not even 20k mana hehehe ..

    Bro since you play restoration shamman you dungeon as a healer class.
    Sooooooo yeah, you need spirit for mana regeneration during combat. Haste rating is caster second priority.
    Spirit comes first.
    Intellect second.
    Stamina third.(for combat efficiency)
    Haste rating comes next
    And critical strike rating should you choose to go elemental or want to crit heal more easily!

    Stamina has no use at all in PVE especially in Cataclysm. Everything else seems fine...also healing power is an imporat thing you should be considering.
    But spirit and haste is your first priority as a shaman.

    Spirit dude.....every healer except paladin needs spirit....paladin needs more haste...
