I don't know what brain I use but I am pretty much sure its wayyyyy better than the one you use. It doesn't matter if it's cafe shop or what. If you get the history on your account from a cafe shop go to your home pc and login. You won't have any banhistory in your home pc. And even if you get ban because of some other guy in same IP in cafe shop , these won't be cleared.

Banhistory can only be cleared if all the bans are invalid / abused. And please do yourself a favour , learn some manners.
