Can't Play game in Local Area Network

Hi
I'm a first time user on RGC
I have a problem with getting into Dota game.
I'm playing in USA but i want to join other country room, because USA don't have people play.

I pick Peru room and sign for game then open Warcraft to start the game, but when I click on the room in Local Area Network. I can't get into the game room.

I stuck in the lobby and i tried other room it result the same.

I do have Dota 6.80c map but when I click on the room the map
show " ? "

Anything you guys can help please.
Is this problem happen because I didn't play in USA server?
I would like to play in USA server but there no one playing in USA, so I try other room with more people.
