First thing you need to do is check your internet connection and if you have any software (ex. firewall) that could be blocking the RGC connection so you have to disable it .

Already checked everything and disabled firewall but still shows same error. Server Overload protocol error. The other pc can connect..

Admins can you give us an answer? I really need to fix this issue. I am only able to connect 2 out of 7 pc's and rgc is one of the app that they want to use.,
