Unvouch gg-keeper

GG-keeper calls me tard, that I should fuck myself and that he's gonna fuck my mother etc. This is why I make this post.

I went to read the rules once again and it says:
If a player dropped before 15 minutes of gameplay, Team,may go out,and use the command ".truant playername".He loses -40CF and -80xp.
The players who dropped before 15minutes, should provide printscreen or else he will be unvouched

In our game he left at min 12-13 after going 0-5 solo SF

There is alot of other bad stuff in this game such as non english etc, but thats not what this report is about though.

If a Player dropped after 15 minutes of game play ,Team,may continue like they want (As mentioned earlier from Dropped Players section) and use the command ".exclude playername" after game is finished.He loses
-40CF and -80xp.
