Admin application SouwlEYE!!!#?!?!!!

I guess it's on the high time I put in my words.

We've seen Souwleye as an admin before, quite.. abusive and acting a lot from his own feelings, which, I have to say, isn't what an admin should do.
However, cause of all the supports he is getting, as well as he is willing to help out the league to its best, will I give him a promotion to S-Admin, although I have warned him about his previous behaviour, and told him that if it would come to that again, he would get demoted. But as it is, I've given him a chance to prove his worth.
