ASUS Summer 2010 announced

The 2010 edition of ASUS Summer has been announced and will take place from August 28 to 29 in the CyberSport Arena in Kiev, Ukraine with a prize purse of $20,000 as well as hardware.

The ASUS tournament usually takes place in Moscow, Russia but this year, the organizers of the event decided to make it in Kiev. By hosting this event in Kiev, the organizers expect to have more European teams as they will not have VISA issues.

The event will have a total of 32 teams including 7 invited slots. There will be several online and offline qualifiers for Ukraine as well as Russia but the dates are still undetermined.

5. Natus Vincere
6. forZe

Nonetheless, the teams who received an invitation will have to send a mail to [email protected] to confirm that they will participate to this event. Teams who wish an invite for this event will have to mail the address listed above. Nonetheless, the organizers will not cover the trip or hotel accommodation.
