why does it disconnect me from bnet ?

whenever I try to connect it gives me your connection to bnet has been lost.
Then if I try to connect back to bnet I get an error message for about 5 minutes :
you may be trying to connect to an invalid bnet server.

I tried to connect to both playall and safelow matches. Only one worked but it switched me from playing to observer ... so as soon as the other observer left, I did too.

You get 5 minutes Time-Ban if you join a game with a <Space> in front of the name... This happens if you copy the games from the site on.

and about the other thing u simply need more exp so u wont get swithced to obs as a player with more exp gets ur place, the start is hard u simply have to try
