Since the topic name is "Announcements and Rules" i hoped to find a list of rules here.
I have the problem, that people ingame always say different things just to get the best result for them, especially with a leaver before 10 minutes.
Example:
I played 2 games and in the first one my ally dropped at 8 minutes. All scourge players said "fb gone, play on" etc and nobody knew the right rule.
In the second game, i played morph and killed their chick, grabbed the full bottle and made first blood after, but my lane enemy just left (plug ofc). The strange thing is, that THIS time everybody said "go draw, its before 10 min" and again i was fucked up.
It would clearly help, if i could find a rule here and just copy/paste it to avoid all this abusing.
BTW You cannot use a leaveer while u sold his items.If u use him u lose result

Where are the rules for ff, leavers or wrongly setup/hosted games.
When and how do bans and warns work.
How do I deal with rude players and flamers?

Weird, I remember Julia wrote the rules in PGC (copied from IGC rules), I wonder where they are now can't find them at all. However there should be made a ruleset by an admin and posted in the PGC community forum.
