DOTALICOUS HAS NEW RULES:
#1a- Potm is now banned in all SL1/2/3 games and is now only allowed in SL0.
#2a - SF is now also banned in the exact same way as Potm.
Furthermore we want to note that since IceFrog ignores our requests to change these two heroes, we will soon release our own modified version of the map, maintained by Emmeran as new lead programmer of the map, with those heroes nerfed and a few new items added.
BWAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAH
