1. συμπληρώσει προσεκτικά τη φόρμα υποβολής αίτησης,
2. έχει καλό average stay (>=92%),
3. έχει τουλάχιστον 20 post στο forum,
4. μην έχει υπάρξει admin στο παρελθόν πάνω από μία φορά,
5. συμμετέχει ενεργά στο κανάλι μας στο irc @ quakenet (server: irc.mymgn.com, channel: #dota-alliance),
6. έχει παίξει τουλάχιστον 250 games, και να
7. μην έχει εξεταστεί κάποιο application του ή να έχει γίνει demote κατά τη διάρκεια του προηγούμενου μήνα από το re-application του.
