Information
DotARank is a manner based community ( not a skill based league!). That means there will be less skilled players in some of your games. We aim for a friendly atmosphere and relaxing games. And again - THIS IS NOT A LEAGUE. If you are looking for a high skilled league where you can flame and harass - this is NOT the place! If you are not ready to treat others with respect, to not harass them for their mistakes and skills - THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU.

General Rules of Conduct
1.1. No harassing. No flaming. No provoking. You are expected to behave like you do in the real world: treat your fellow players with respect both ingame and in the main chat.
1.2. Do not ruin games intentionally. This includes going afk, suiciding/feeding and leaving.
1.3. Do not leave games.
1.4. Do not use bugs. Using bugs in any game will lead to an instant ban. There's no excuse for abusing known or unknown bugs.
1.5. English-only in the chat and ingame, unless you have the permission of the players in your team that don't understand your native language.


Dota-specific Rules
2.1. No stealing items from your own team. (You may take certain leaver items with the permission of your team)
2.2. Do not use the control given through "share units" for any other unit than a chicken/crow.
2.3 Backdooring is allowed!

-CD and -CM Rules
3.1. The captain has the right to pick the heroes as he pleases. Continuous criticism towards his picks is categorized as harassment. See rule 1.3
3.2. The first player to claim a hero in the ingame chat successfully "reserves" the mentioned hero for himself.
3.3. Any player can "reserve" a hero for himself. The captain has the right to overrule a player's reservation and assign the hero to another player.
3.4. If a player takes a hero that is "reserved" for another player, or is asked by the Captain, then the player has to swap the hero to its rightfully designated player.
3.5. Refusing to swap is a bannable offence. However not being able to play your chosen hero does not give you the right to leave the game.See rule 1.1


Not following the community rules will lead to a timeban or even a permanentunvouch!

Please note that the rules might not cover every single situation. Paste this line at the end of your vouch request for it to be successful- "I belive i can fly". The rule of thumb is that if you think whatever you're about to do will cause heavy annoyance to a single person or multiple people that you play with, then do not do it.Any action that can be taken as a form of harassment towards fellow players is bannable and the administration reserves the right to ban players even if the situation is not specifically listed in the current ruleset. We also reserve the right to change the ruleset at any given time with immediate effect.

Requesting DR.Community access

Are you aware of the rules and do you agree to them?



The player gets vouched to Community if:
- he played at least 30 games
- he gets 1 "!support" from admins/vouchers or 2 "!supports" from Inhouse members or 4 "!supports" from Community members (who are not on trial).

The player is not vouched to Community if:
- he didn't play enough games
- at least 1 admin/voucher "!denied" his vouch
- Not following the template or requesting vouch when the player does not meet the requirements or hasn't read the rules carefully will result in an auto deny!

If there is one "!support" from admin/voucher and one "!deny" from admin/voucher, at least 2 other admins/vouchers have to vote. If the votes are in equilibrium, the staff has to discuss the matter.


After your request is processed it will be transferred to either the Granted or the Denied section. Don't contact staff members because you can't find your thread. It has not been deleted, simply moved to reduce the amount of requests on the main vouch request page.


If your vouch request is denied, you are able to reapply in a month from the date of creation of the vouch request.
