    I guess all DR staff is responsible for both Inhouse and Community, except Wendek, since he asked so. I could easily be wrong though, I'm still noob here. Meanwhile, the idea is, as you probably know, to also get moderators only for DR.comm as well, so those spots are still ripe for taking. Plus, thanks for everyone who supported me on this, love ya all.
