    Default warn ColoursOfDoom for leaving a running game

    lina and sk (sent) died 2 (!) times against lich and tide. ColoursOfDoom got pissed and called for a votekick against lina. scourge rejected to votekick (reason: two deaths only). ColoursOfDoom instantly left after the votekick was rejected.
