(EU) Tier 1 Accepts swaps ; therefore Swaps in lobby is allowed !!! In addition, It can be done by the accept-ion of the 2 players ...
Now I (!ЯÉÐ!) was a moderator at (EU) Tier 1 that did my work correctly and how it SHOULD be done.

As u can see in the given link another moderator (Tito-Tito) or whatever his name !granted the request ... But its 100% unfair and FALSE ...

I know I shouldnt be demoted thats why I made this thread cz if I didnt make this thread no actions were to take place. Again this thing about me being demoted shouldnt be tolerated cz there was no mistake done by me (BTW staff members should ask what happen before they demote thats how I learned it)
