7 level to kick him? Never will happen. 1 blood will be way before that...
It should be 4 level difference. Or 5 max.
Anyway this new system will be abused by me to keep my exp for safehigh, since swapping accounts is too time consuming... 3 mins for each 400 exp... A RMK here and there will be very helpful to keep it on the 200-300 exp loss on a RMK.

Yes I'm also glad, but it does not fix the main problem that forced me to start resetting my exp so I play safehigh.
Only 1 of the 3 things is fixed - the .vouch abuse and the afk kick must also be fixed...
If all players in the team must be at least 7 lvl to be able to kick the AFK, then it is 100% sure that first blood is already drawn. And in that case even if you kick the afk abuser, you have already lost the game. Is very rare that 4v5 from start can win, and only if they have totally outpicked the other team...
