CLAN NIHL RULES
i. Your use of DotA-Alliance�s Battle.Net� channel �Clan NihL� is subject to the below �Additional Terms� agreement between you and DotA-Alliance. This document sets out all of the terms.
ii. DotA-Alliance denounces Racism, Badmanners and Abuse of any kind.
iii. DotA-Alliance promotes Sportsmanship, therefore, behavior outside the limits of sportsmanship will be punished.
Ingame Rules
1. Item Restrictions.
There is no restriction on how many items of the same type a team can carry.
2. Sharing Items.
Sharing objects is allowed. But there are certain items ,which are prohibited to be used by other people, except the owner, for over 5 minutes. These are:
Note : Dying by a purpose carrying a Divine Rapier,so the team player will take it upon death comes to a violation of the game.
3. Backdoor
Backdooring is allowed in all cases.
4. Creep skipping & Creep blocking
There is no restriction on �creep skipping� & �creep blocking�.
5. Αbsence from Game (Afk)
In Clan Nihl is unacceptable to be "afk" and is considered as destroying the game. Each period in which the player does not participate in the game is reprehensible and will receive severe penalties, up to unvouch (where applicable).
Severe cases for important reasons are excluded.
6. Pause Command
Abusing the pause command is not allowed. You must notify the opposing team every time, before Pausing/Unpausing the game. It should also be agreed by ,at least ,one player from the opposing team to give pause / unpause. It's prohibited to use this command during a fight .
The maximum duration that can last a pause is up to 2 minutes.
7. Game ruining
Any behavior which contributes to the destruction of the game (gameruin) is not tolerated and will result in permanent exclusion from the league.
Attention : Reprehensible is any vulgar and insulting/harassing speech is considered as gameruin.
8. Leaver's Hero
a. The hero of the player who left the game can only be used if the team is a numerical disadvantage against opponents. The hero can be used either to defend or attack, regardless if the items have been kept or sold.
When the number of players who left the game, is over 1 (2 or more),the team that is in numerical disadvantage against opponents ,may use as many heroes as the difference in the number of players. For example, when the game is 4v3, the team of three can only use 1 of the available heroes. Similarly, when the game is 4v2, the team of two can only use two of the heroes ,from those who have at its disposal.
If the teams composed of an equal number of players, then the leaver's hero must stay frozen in the Circle of power. Violation of this rule must be stated with report in the appropriate subforum.
b. The objects of the leaver's hero can either be sold, either remain in possession of the leaver, or be taken by a teammate.
c. In games with mode cm / cd / ardm the captain decides the fate of the items.
If there is no captain, the decision is taken by consent of the whole team. If there isn't any agreement among the players the items must be sold or remain in the possession of the leaver.
Attention: The items of the leaver's hero can be sold or given to another player only before the 30th game minutes.
If you have passed the 30th minute and the team with the leaver wants to sell the leaver's items, can do so ,on condition that the leaver will remain frozen in the circle of power and can not be used anywhere.
9. Software abuse
The use of any kind of software (eg. maphack) that can offer an unfair advantage to the user is forbidden and strictly punishable.
Moreover, the abuse of any bug in the involved software (including Warcraft, the Dota Map and GHost++) is also strictly punishable.
10. Results Declaration
The declaration of the result as the winner each time, is through the command

If a player drops before the 15th minute, the game must be paused and the team with the numerical disadvantage has to announce if it wants to continue or not.It is necessary to build consensus,
otherwise the remaining players are forced to leave the game and declare as result "draw".
Gaming Modes
The modes of games will vary depending on the demands of the players. (ar / ap / sd / ardm)
Ar/Ap/Sd/ardm modes
In these games the players are free to play as they think best. But we all have to follow the majority decision of the team for the smooth flow of the game.
Cm/cd modes
The main mode of the game will be cm. These games will be created by the captains, through challenge, and all the players participating are required to operate under the instructions given by them.
Any violation / disobedience to the orders of a captain or an intentional gameruin by the captains will receive penalties up to unvouch.
Channel & Ingame Chat Rules
You agree that you will not:
a. Post any comment that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
b. Harm minors in any way;
c. Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a DotA-Alliance Project Staff; also mislead the players that you have Game Administrator right when you don't.
d. Manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the channel;
e. Make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
f. Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges;
g. Interfere with or disrupt the DotA-Alliance servers or networks connected to the Battle.Net�, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to DotA-Alliance;
h. "Stalk" or otherwise harass another;
i. Collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth in paragraphs a through h above.
j. Threaten for a ban or demote or any other kind of punishment for no reason, aiming to achieve personal goals through intimidation.
k. "Troll". Meaining that you will not try to enrage, in purpose, another player so that he will step over the line and be punished for that, or in any way enrage others without a particular reason.
