all the staff members have been demoted. The usergroups/staff positions will be reorganised in order to simplify the things and as a consequence to that rules regarding the staff members and their presence on different leagues/channels in the battlenet (f.e igc/gr/gihl etc..) which cause us problems will change. Also the use and the responsibilities that each staff member has will change
