    Accused player: N7k4
    Game: Ihl5

    Reason: In my opinion he ruined the game on purpose...
    At first he says "I cant pick a hero" [it was cd] and the he gets Atropos...
    Everytime we wanted to gank and also in big clashes I initiate by stun and then he SLEEPS so the stun is useless and the target survives...this happenend like 2-3 times...
    We know top-lane outfarmed us anyways but this gamestyle has to be a joke...

    N7k4 has been warned 50% for bad playing. He didn't get boots 30 min game -.-'
