yup title pretty much says it all...to sum up why:

butcher995: naked treads vlads naga, awful ulti usage/spell usage in general, thinking hes captain everygame i play with him, not listening to captain
homer-: not listening to captain ( not buying chick as told), afk farming in woods as seer without a comment,

couldnt watch every move of em both coz i was busy at bot lane but oh well from what i saw both dont meet ihl minimum requirements

homer-: 80% warn + 720 min timeban applied (afk farming in woods, not of any use to the team, refusing to obey captain orders)

butcher995: 40% warn (not the best farm + wrong items on naga. also some bad moves overall)

pop-dog: verbally warned (calm down and/or dont play in this league if you dont like it)
