Leaver Watgajedoendan before 10 min = draw

Reason : Suiciding and leaving.

Watgajedoen dan suicided and left right after, somewhere before the 10 min mark. I left the game shortly after to draw/truant him.

Since the new rules clearly state that a drop/leave before the 10 min mark can be drawed, if the enemy team does not lead with 5 kills or 2 towers. There for i have the right to draw the game.
I tryd to explain to tannenzapfen that the new rules clearly state this. But he refused to listen.

There for i also ask for the game to be drawed.
