Strange bug :O

I have just re-installed war3, downloaded new some new torrent, because i had some erorr crashes before and now, when i get in dota after few minutes, i get terrible lag, delay like 15secs, after that it's like i am playing totaly other game then they do i can kill creeps/heros destroy towers but it's like they dont see me :O, i writte on chat and my ppl do too but only i can see is that they spam !save ban antigamer, all ban antigamer, MH antigamer, 3 games in row happend that i havent saved any, i thought it was just noobs but it's actually bug:O i got just one screen shoot since i thought i was owning them and it's actually bug
so anyone know, wtf is going on?

edit: last game, guy was yelling wtf is wrong with you dont feed we can win, and to me i was destroying their base and had like 30-1 :O
