    Default Is this program allowed to be used in EEDL?! CHECK FAST ADMINS

    Is program called manabars allowed to be used in eedl? It's function is to display mana bars below hp bars

    So can i use this or its illegal?

    I am not an EEDL admin but why would not you be able to use it? When Blizzard did not add the hp bars in Warcraft, there was a program where you could see it and it was legally.

    It does not change anything in the game so yes, it is not a third-party program.
