easy access to FAQ

The FAQ section seems to be too hard to find. There is almost every week the same question about the account linkage on the forum ( and yes this keeps the forum alive but, ... ) Maybe the FAQ could get its own major forum section or even a link in the website's top menu?

I realized there are way too many stickies and it's too unorganized. I'll think of something.
