1-Download the skin
2-Go To Ranked Gaming Client Folder Then Open Skins
3-Extract The Skin In Ranked Gaming Client=>Skins
4-Now Open RGC=>Settings=>Other=>From Skins Select Girly
5-Restart RGC
6-Enjoy!

Can be Since the skin is posted ( made ) 07-01-2012 ... After that date, there was lot of RGC Patches, so i think this skin are not compatible anymore.
