[README] What you have to know!
We will use a policy called the Chain of Command.
It means, if you got a problem, give it to your immediate superior.
For example, let's say that I am on top. Cookie is in the second top, Banana is in the middle, Hate is in the second bottom, and Rage is on the bottom.
If Rage got a problem, he does not go to Arsis. He goes to Hate. If Hate got a problem, he does not go to Arsis either. He goes to Banana. And so on.
Do never surpass a staff member. If your superior is unable to fix it himself, he will forward it to his commander.

Staff Rules (that you must follow) & some info about what to do
In order to get improved efficiency, there are some rules a Staff member must follow, that might either make sense or it might not. Regardless, follow it. It'll serve you in the end.
About rule number #2: You can't just come and go as you please. Without proper reason for being away, the one who replaced you, might have replaced you permanently.
Rules
- 1.) You must be present at #MyMGN.dota.eu at all times when you have an internet connection.
- 2.) If you have not shown up for 5 days or have shown minimal activity, another member will replace you until you return. We'd like you to warn us on forehand if you're taking absence.
- 3.) *Rule not decided yet (note to self, assistant power/captains)*
- 4.) Arguing in public with another staff member is not acceptable. One of many consequences are expulsion from the staff.
- 5.) Do not argue with users. If you e.g banned a user and he's bitching about it, you ignore him without further ado. The only time for arguing is when they make appeals.
- 6.) Being caught abusing on purpose is a reason for a permanent ban. So don't do that.
- 7.) Yet to come.

Being away
Just a notice
Rule Number two is going to be initiated when bots are up I guess? Because at the moment there is no reason to be active in bnet/IRC, the only thing which is important is Forum in my opinion.
