    reporting skugra for power abuse (using !rmk even if no one agreed) http://www.adotaparser.com/dota-replay/283181

    he was demoted for this, but soon after that from unknown reason promoted to tc again.

    are players really allowed to break the rules and get away with it "many times"? i request demotion and ban for power abuse
