I personally think this recruitment thing is not in-need, but what is in need is anti hack system for RGC.

Too much players are downloading maphacks, they fake it with fog click off and it's impossible for anyone to catch their moves, since they fake runes, die once per 10 ganks once ...etc

I highly recommend an anti hack system rather than having staff for hacks, which is neither effective nor efficient.
