I know that pubs can be frustrating but your manners are just too bad. To much flaming back, capsing, spamming...
I wouldn't even grant you a trial, best you play more pubs, improve your manners and reapply in one month.

Normally Im not a flamer at nonepub, it's just that pub is very stressed and some players can get so annoying thru-out the game.

Agreed with most of bounty2's points. Calm down, don't flame, don't take comments you get from others in the public channel seriously and ignore them. Don't fight back or get defensive at every stupid remark given to you. Don't get provoked as easily.
