Need Help with fixing my ping problems

Hello Guys,

Can someone help me to fix my ping in games hosted by an ihl-bot?
When i joined Bnet, i had 62 ms but when i joined the game it autokicked me because i had too high ping (165ms) and i don't know how i can fix this problem
Any helping answers would be great please ;D

Have you tried closing programs that might slow down your internet speed as in: MSN, Skype, automated updates which require downloading...

Yes, i tried already but still nothing changed ;(
i just run itunes with my music and i also tried it to close to fix my ping but it didn't work anyway... it's very strange

Have you tried checking via Task Manager>Processes if any program is running thus making you lose on your internet speed? It could be a sudden spike though so try joining the game several times. If the bot kicks you every time then you probably have some connection problems, try contacting your provider if everything fails to work.

i didn't change anything but somehow my ping is 28 ms now..^^
