Ban prof.nemanja - MH abuser

As agreed no_dotakey_player (hans2 hehe), I uploaded replay so you can all laugh at this yuger that runs from us on map as we move. He thought that we do not have observers so we will not see him as he abuse MH.

Of course, he went so far to even accuse me of MH becuase I stunned him with lion after he used inv rune. When we told him that we saw him going into WW because of ward on hill, he says "Nope, I was not on hill".

This is so lame, our clock with score 9-7 left the game because of him. So just ban this guy and make a world a happier place.

I just watched few minutes of this replay

U dont have to watch it all... just first 5 minutes.

Look FB... ok, maybe he is NOT MHing (small chance)...

And then?

He stands on hill, lvl 6 yuger, with 150 hp... waiting for troll to finish those neutrals... then he comes out and ulti him
