DotARank 1 v 1 Tournament

Hey,

It is time for our next tournament. This one will be a bit more fun oriented. 32 playes in 1 v 1 battle, that will take place over the next weekend ( 18.12 & 19.12 ).

Here are the rules:
DOTARANK PLAYERS ONLY!

The players will be divided into two brackets - upper and lower. Each bracket consists of 16 players. Every bracket will have 4 rounds. The first 3 rounds are best of 1. The fourth round is the bracket final and is bo3. Winners from both finals will meet in the Grand final. Losers of the bracket finals will meet in a 3/4 place bo3 match.

Group stage - Saturday (18.12.2010) 15 CET
Final and 3/4 place game - 3/4 place game will start Sunday (19.12.2010) 16 CET with the Final starting at 17 CET or when the 3/4 match is over.

If your opponent doesn`t show 15 minutes after the set start time you win by default.

Heroes:

Best of 1 games - Players will be given a choice to pick a hero between Shadow Fiend and Lion.
If players can`t agree on the hero - Shadow Fiend is the default choice.

Best of 3 games - Game 1 - Lion, Game 2 - Shadow Fiend. If game 3 is needed - the hero will be randomed (arshomnp mode)

WC3 version: 1.24e
Map: Current
Mode: ap sh om np ( same heroes, only mid, no powerups (no runes) )

Victory conditions:
Game is over when one of the players takes 2 mid towers/has +3 kills advantage or the opponent forfeits the game.

Other rules:
Rmk rules: Under 5 minutes game time and no first blood.
All items are allowed.
Free slots will be closed so players will get normal starting money.
Winner needs to post an endgame screenshot and result in a thread that will be created for tournament.

Sing ups - From monday (13.12.2010) till thursday (included) (16.12.2010)

First-come, first-served. First 32 players to sign will participate. Players signed after the slots are taken will be considered substitutes.To sign - just post your RGC nickname ( that you are vouched in com with) in this thread.

Prize:VIP status in the DotARank channels for first and second place.
